By accessing or using the Vox Umbrae TikTok Integration application ("the application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Vox Umbrae is a content management tool that allows users to connect their TikTok account, view their profile and existing content, and publish videos and photo posts to TikTok directly through the application. The service is provided via the official TikTok API and is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age and have a valid TikTok account to use this application. By using the application, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. TikTok Account Authorization
To use publishing features, you must authorize this application to access your TikTok account via TikTok Login Kit. By doing so, you grant us permission to:
— read your basic profile information
— publish videos and photo posts to your TikTok account only when you explicitly initiate a publish action within the application
You may revoke this authorization at any time through TikTok Settings → Connected Apps.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. You may not use the application to publish content that:
— violates any applicable law or regulation
— infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
— contains spam, misleading information, or harmful material
— violates TikTok's platform policies
6. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content published through this application to your TikTok account. We do not review, moderate, or take responsibility for any content you choose to publish.
7. No Data Storage
This application does not store your TikTok credentials, access tokens, or personal data on any external server. All session data is held in your browser's sessionStorage and is discarded when your session ends. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that published content will appear on TikTok without delay. TikTok API availability and behavior are outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vox Umbrae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to loss of data, failed publications, or account actions taken by TikTok.
10. Third-Party Services
This application integrates with TikTok's API and is hosted on Netlify. Use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for any changes to TikTok's API that may affect the functionality of this application.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
